# Navigation

#### Your navigation shows the list of apps in your workspace that have been pinned on the left side of the page.&#x20;

#### Click the 4 squares to see a list of all apps in the workspace or click the Home icon to take you to the full workspace menu.&#x20;

Apps can be reordered by dragging and dropping on the Home screen or pinned to the side bar by clicking the three dots.&#x20;

#### Collapse or open your navigation by clicking the arrow at the top of the app navigation.&#x20;

#### Create new records or views from the navigation by clicking the plus icon next to the navigation item in an app

#### Use the top options to create new tables, views and custom pages. Use the three dots to move your app to other spaces, manage app users, or delete.&#x20;

#### Portals appear at the bottom of your list, making them easy to access.&#x20;

Hide a navigation item by toggling off the layout.&#x20;

Select which role(s) can view the layout by selecting the down arrow next to the globe and selecting the roles that can view the layout.&#x20;

Choose to set or remove icons from navigation items by clicking on the Icon and selecting a new icon. Or remove the icon by clicking the Icon selected.&#x20;
