# List: Show, Hide, and Reorder Fields

You can choose the information you would like to show to your users in your [List layout.](https://support.stackerhq.com/hc/en-us/articles/4415488992147-Layout-Types#h_01FSSM0NA5S95EGYRPR843DS7A) You can also reorder the fields to show the most important fields first.

## Show and Hide Fields

1. Click **Edit Layout**
2. Under **Fields**, show or hide fields using toggles

**Missing fields**

If you're not seeing a field, it might be disabled in the data table. Exit the **Edit layout** view, click **Manage fields and data** -> **Fields**, and make sure the field is enabled.

## Reorder Fields

1. Click **Edit Layout**
2. Under **Fields**, drag and drop the field

**Permissions**

If some fields are not showing when previewing as a user, double-check your field permissions for that group of users.
