# Stacker Tables: Paste Data
**Paste from Spreadsheet**
1. Click**Manage fields and data**
2. Click the plus icon
3. Click **Add a new table**
4. Select **Paste From Spreadsheet**
5. Paste data into the pop-up window
6. Select if your data has a header
7. Name the table and **Import**
