Feeds

The activity feed can be found on a detail page for a record. Here you can track record updates, messages, and follow new activity on the selected record.

To access the Activity Feed

1. Open a records detail page

2. Select Edit Layout

3. Select the Feed Widget

Adjust filters

1. Click the grey Messages box

2. Select filters for activity feed: Messages, Updates, Record Creation, or Deletion.

Follow the activity of a record by selecting Follow on the feed or you will automatically follow the feed when you leave a comment.
