Navigation

Manage your app, portal, and workspace navigation.

Your navigation shows the list of apps in your workspace that have been pinned on the left side of the page.

Click the 4 squares to see a list of all apps in the workspace or click the Home icon to take you to the full workspace menu.

Apps can be reordered by dragging and dropping on the Home screen or pinned to the side bar by clicking the three dots.

Collapse or open your navigation by clicking the arrow at the top of the app navigation.

Create new records or views from the navigation by clicking the plus icon next to the navigation item in an app

Use the top options to create new tables, views and custom pages. Use the three dots to move your app to other spaces, manage app users, or delete.

Portals appear at the bottom of your list, making them easy to access.

Set order of Navigation

  1. Go to App Settings

  2. Select Navigation

  3. Drag and drop page names to rearrange

Hide Navigation Items

Hide a navigation item by toggling off the layout.

Set Permissions

Select which role(s) can view the layout by selecting the down arrow next to the globe and selecting the roles that can view the layout.

Set specific permissions for the layout by going to the Permissions tab.

Add or Remove Navigation Icons

Choose to set or remove icons from navigation items by clicking on the Icon and selecting a new icon. Or remove the icon by clicking the Icon selected.

Create Separators

Create folders to organize your navigation items into separate sections within your navigation.
