Gorgias (Beta)

This is a read-only integration.

Connect to Gorgias

1. Open your Stacker app.

2. Select Manage Data Connections (if you do not see this please contact support)

3. Select + Add Data Source

4. Select Gorgias

5. Select your account

6. Authorize your connection

Only following entities are imported

• Tickets

• Ticket messages

• Users

Note: We upload one ticket at a time for Gorgias, which can take a bit of time. Any ticket that has no action after 14 days will be removed from Stacker.
