Call attention to important information with the Callout Widget. There are 6 different types that can be added and customized.

Enable Callout Widget

Go to Detail Layout page
Click Edit Layout
Drag the Callout Widget onto the layout
Select the type of callout in the drop down

There are 6 types of call outs to choose from.
