List: Roles

Use roles to limit access to List layouts. You can control which roles can access each List layout by enabling Roles—set up Roles.

Roles on List Layouts

1. Click Edit Layout

2. Click Roles

3. Select the Roles you want to access the layout

Test access to List layouts

Enabling a role in a List layout will not automatically apply permissions for that role. Please make sure each role with access to the page also has a permission rule set for that data table.

You can Preview as a role to check if that role can see a page. In our property app, we have set the sales table to only be available for the role of "Team". The clients shouldn't be able to see that page.
